| I love this product, what’s in it? | Unless the ingredients are stated on the item, it is a proprietary blend of ingredients that we will not give away. These are secret signature recipes of Willow and Star’s. common allergens are always listed. |
| Can you teach me? | Yes, we run workshops occasionally throughout the year. These workshops are small, maximum of 15-20 people and run these Depending on interest generally. We require a minimum of 7 people to run a workshop. We have our Willow and Star YouTube Channel where we can connect to share tips, tricks, the making of some of our products & Tutorials. |
| Why are your crystal candles so expensive? | Our Enchanted Crystal Candles are all hand poured and uniquely hand decorated with an assortment of high grade, AAA Crystals & Gemstones, Organic/Wildcrafted Herbs, Botanicals, Woods and Resins, Essential oils, Fragrances, Glitters, Salts etc… these in combination are all part of creating just one of Willow and Stars Enchanted Crystal Candles. So you can see why these candles sell for more. These candles are special in every way and filled with Blessings, Love & Light. Our Magickal Crystal Candles can help Create optimum vibrations and energies to add to your intentions or manifestation rituals. |
| About Crystals | Crystals are a natural formation from the Earth. This means that there will be a variation in colour, size and shape with all Crystal products sold in the store. We randomly select the crystals that are in all kits, Candles, Elixirs, Potions, Bath and Body Products etc. unless otherwise Stated/listed in description for individual sale of a particular item. we use an eclectic mixture of sizes and shapes. We use a mix of Raw/Natural and Tumble polished Crystals and Gemstones. We love the uniqueness and variations in our Earths Natural Jewells. |
| Are willow and Star products sold in any other shops/retailers? | No, not at this stage. Willow and Star products are sold Exclusively here at Willow and Star Currently. |
| Do you make custom orders or special requests? | Sure, send us a description of what you would like us to make for you and we will let you know if we can fulfill your request. Custom orders will be individually quoted & invoiced prior for full payment to be received before commencement of manufacture of goods. Any further changes to a custom order will incur extra fees also. |
| Do you ship internationally? | Yes, but only to a few selected countries as Australia Post does not deliver to all countries. |
| Where are you located? | Central coast, New South Wales, Australia. |
| Do you have a physical store? | No, we currently don’t. Maybe one day in the future it may happen. |
| What dyes do you use in your products? | We use different dyes depending on what medium we are working with. All dyes added if any are cosmetic or food grade and are vegan and safe to use in candles, Bath and Body care products. We occasionally add glitter to some items which is cosmetic grade also. Please always conduct a small skin patch test first if you have a history of sensitivity to products and dyes. |
| Are your fragrances safe? | Yes, all the Essential oils and Fragrances used in our products are sourced from reputable suppliers in Australia. They have strict standards as do we and comply with and meet all the Australian, Guidelines, Safety standards and Laws. We only use premium quality Bath and Body safe fragrances for manufacture. Strict Guidelines are applied when using these Fragrances by the manufactures recommended Candle, Bath and Body safe percentages. We do not recommend consumption of any Pure Essential oil or Essential oil Blend regardless of purity and superior quality of these products. Please use only as directed. No fragrances we use are tested on animals. |
| Are willow and star products vegan? | 99% of our products are! We use vegetable waxes in all our products except for our old-world Ointments & Lip Balms where we add just a little bees wax for stability & hardness. It is clearly stated in the item description if it is vegan approved. We love animals and believe they deserve to live safe, happy & peaceful lives on this planet just as we expect to ourselves. |
| Why has my candle changed colour? | Sunlight & UV rays are the main cause for this so keep your candles out of direct sunlight when not in use & place away from bright or fluorescent lit areas. You should always store your candles in a cool, dust free dark environment this will ensure the preservation of your Candle. See our Candle Care page for more info. |
